            I wanted to send you a little feedback on your USS New Mexico plaques.  The Captain of the Submarine and his crew that came to New Mexico last week absolutely loved your design work.  They were collectively impressed beyond belief.  They really like the Lone Sailor, especially knowing that you were working from photos instead of a graphic file.

I came yesterday around 10 AM to see if you had any baseball trophies available for same day service.  Debbie helped me and found what I needed.  The job was promised by 4:30 and much to my surprise and pleasure, the order was ready by 2:30 or 3:00!

 I was really impressed with your service and would highly recommend you to anyone.  Thank you so much for the quick turn around.  Our players LOVED their trophies!
